We successfully executed on-site loop-checking activities at the Khafji Crude Plant as part of preventive and corrective maintenance works for Al Khafji Joint Operations.

The scope was delivered within a live operating environment, ensuring signal integrity, functional performance, and system reliability across critical instrumentation and control loops.

 

Despite tight schedules and shutdown constraints, we completed the activities within the approved maintenance window, restoring full operational capacity, improving loop stability, and reducing recurring alarms. The successful execution reinforced client confidence and further positioned us as a reliable technical partner in the Oil & Gas sector.

On-Site Calibration for Booster Gas Compression Projects (BGC-3 & BGC-5)

We successfully delivered on-site calibration services for the BGC-3 and BGC-5 Booster Gas Compression Projects in the Central Region, supporting SEPCO Arabia and Saudi Aramco.

Our scope covered a wide range of process and electrical instruments across critical upstream gas compression facilities, using portable reference equipment fully compliant with Saudi Aramco standards and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

 

Despite tight schedules and remote site locations, we completed all activities without impacting construction or commissioning timelines. The project enhanced the accuracy and reliability of critical instrumentation across both sites, demonstrating our ability to deliver precision calibration services under demanding field conditions.

Rewinding of 133 MVA Transformer

Our team successfully executed a complete rewinding of 133 MVA transformers, managed from site to site with precision and expertise.
The scope included the re-engineering of the transformer windings carried out by our highly experienced team.
Both the High Voltage and Low Voltage windings were internally manufactured at our advanced facility, followed by curing using one of the largest Vapor Phase Drying (VPD) systems in the region ensuring optimal insulation performance and quality.
Subsequent activities included the tanking process, assembly, and preparation for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
After successful testing, the transformer was safely transported and installed at the site, ready for reliable grid operation.
